Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
- Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi etc.): 2–4 working days
- Other cities and remote areas: 3–7 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to weather, courier issues, public holidays or other events beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Our team may call or message you to confirm your order. Once dispatched, you will receive your tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
At the Time of Delivery
Please check that the parcel is sealed and not damaged before accepting it. Record a video while opening your parcel — without an unboxing video no claim can be accepted. See our Return & Exchange Policy for details.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your name, address and phone number are correct. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or the customer is unreachable, re-delivery charges may apply.
